Systems require service every six months as recommended by the manufacturer.

We provide services upon request or through a service contract.

We also provide a "Do it Yourself" program. We carry all parts and filters and are gladly able to provide technical instruction, so you can perform the job.

Things You Need to Know about Service

Water Systems Need Service?

Yes, water filtration systems, just like any other equipment, require service to maintain proper operation and quality. Normally, the systems are very reliable. For that reason, people seem to forget about taking care of it. Eventually, if left unserviced long enough, people may lose confidence in their system. The best way to maintain the system in proper working order is by doing preventive maintenance.

What is Preventive Maintenance?

Preventive Maintenance (PM) is scheduled maintenance for systems. Certain things, like changing filters, need to be done before the system breaks down. The idea is just like how your car requires regular oil changes. PM will help to maintain the operation and quality of the system at its best. It also prolongs the membrane filter for much longer life. And the most important thing is that it'll instill a sense of confidence in your system.

Can PM be done at Different Intervals?

Yes, this can be done. The 6-month interval is based on a family of 4 with daily cooking activity. If you think you use very little comparatively, then you can extend the time a little longer. However, do not exceed 1 year because the filters will not work effectively if they stay in the water for such a long time.
On the other hand, if you use too much water, we recommend that you do PM sooner. If you are not sure how much is too much, we can tell you at the first service of the system.
